How To Make Red Velvet crepe

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • red   food coloring
  • Raspberry Preserves
  •  Cream Cheese Filling
  •  chocolate syrope

 Cream Cheese Filling

  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • vanilla extract


  1. Combine eggs , milk, water, sugar, vanilla food coloring , and melted butter in a blender and Mix well.then Add flour and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.. Let the batter sit  aside for an hour.and 30 min
  2. Prepare your  Filling by mixing all filling ingredients with mixer until  combined very well  and smooth, put it  aside. After your  batter sits for one hour and half , heat the crepe  pan.and start making your crepes   remember it should be golden.when you finish it .

when  it comes to make a nice presentation   ,spread your raspberry preserve in the middle of the crepe and top with your feeling of cream cheese then fold you crepes sides over the filling to give a nice presentation.
